imaware Symptom Quiz
imaware offers a range of at-home health tests direct to patients. It’s often difficult for patients to decide which biomarkers they should test for to better understand their health. In order to empower and educate our customers we built a quiz & email campaign to connect them with the tests that are right for them.

People who take the symptom quiz are directed to an individual product page and enrolled in a personalized email nurture, making it easy to purchase an at-home test at any time.
Establish Brand Credibility
The symptom quiz served as a value-added marketing asset that reinforced imaware’s unique value proposition of bridging the gap between patients and healthcare.
Attract
Social posts, ads, & CTA’s on both the home page and blog articles engage patients with empathetic value props to encourage adoption of the new feature.
The Quiz
In these example screens, patients are asked to answer questions about how they are feeling and a relevant test is provided for them to purchase.
Convert & Retain
After providing an email, patients are enrolled in a short email series that delivers them their quiz results, provides supplemental content, and recommends other tests to empower them on their health journey
